Payment
Payments are processed securely through Paypal. All prices are in pounds sterling (£), and include VAT. A Paypal account is not required. Please note that we are unable to refund VAT on overseas orders.
Postage
Postage costs will be added at the checkout stage in Paypal. You will be able to review your order before any payment is taken.
Delivery
We aim to dispatch order the next working day using Royal Mail.
Delivery times: UK 1-2 days, Europe 3-8 days, Worldwide 5-10 days. Please be aware that you are responsible for all import duties and taxes which may apply.
Returns
Should you for any reason be unhappy with your order we will exchange or give you a refund as long as the items are returned in their original condition within 7 working days of receipt. Please return your item using recorded delivery or get proof of postage as we cannot be held responsible for anything that gets lost or damaged in transit. Delivery charges and postage will only be refunded if the item is faulty. If you have received a damaged item please contact us within 24 hrs of delivery.
Please note that as all of our products are printed by hand there may be small variations in colour, registration and impression between products. These slight imperfections are what give our products a special handmade feel!
